Warranty

All the items sold by Medical Store s.r.l. have a 24 months guaranty, except for the cases of an incorrect use of the product and of wear and tear.

Materials showing defects about manufacture, stitching, welds, zips, valves as well as spots and unthreading will not be repaired  but rather fully replaced after check by our quality control operator, who will then fill in a non conformity form.

The articles produced by Medical Store s.r.l. do not undergo a random sampling control but are checked one by one before the final packing and shipment.
