Entirely constructed from aluminium. For patients and operators' safety, the step is equipped with:
- Footboard finished with antiskid relief aluminium.
- Anticrushing safety system
- Rounded edges, absence of sharp edges, safe in case of accidental bump
- Anti bumping rubber lining on the whole step perimeter
- Illumination on the operational area with automatic activation of extension of the step
- Front fluorescent band for high visibility at night.

The engine and control panel are hermetically closed in aluminium boxes, resistant to mud and water, in order to assure maximum efficiency even under extreme weather conditions or in case of accidental bumps.
