Quality products are quite a common topic at Medical Store s.r.l.: every manufacturer boasts about a superior quality production with respect to competitors, but we really wanted to distinguish ourselves from the others.

Over the past five years we have examined such issues as product non conformity, defects, breakages, problems with fabric weave, resistance or whatever else may have caused inconvenience to our Customers. After this survey we now wish to show you our relevant findings through the real statistics that have been drawn from them:

On a global production of 24.254 pieces, including backpacks and emergency bags, vacuum mattresses, vacuum splints, carrying cots, spinal extricators, stretcher mattresses, carrying cases, secretion suction units and immobilizing belts,we have recorded a percentage of returned defective products equal to the 0,3 % of our production, namely 72,76 items.

We also believe we are on the right track to reduce such percentage, already very low with respect to the competition.

We would like to point out that our production is entirely carried out in Italyby skilled and expert craftsmen exclusively using guaranteed raw materials.

We have coined a particular slogan right to distinguish ourselves from all those who claim an Italian making whereas, on the contrary, their products are manufactured by eastern companies that make low quality a vantage point in their business.
